Segamat MP R Yuneswaran has singled out the tobacco lobbyists as the main reason that the GEG provisions were dropped from the revised Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Bill.

He said this while debating the bill in the august House today.

The Health ministry had dropped the tobacco and vape generational end game (GEG) provisions from the revised Control of Smoking Products for Public Health Bill.
