【本報訊】共享單車gobee.bike公司疑因系統問題陷半癱瘓狀態，多名市民投訴街上大量gobee.bike無法解鎖，問題包括「壞車多」、「亂收車租」及「按金遲遲不獲退還」。gobee.bike回應解釋部份顧客租不到單車，是因涉及單車鎖的系統出現問題，強調公司運作正常。《蘋果》記者進行實地測試，發現逾九成gobee.bike不能使用。
