【2分鐘瘦】超人之母羅子喬(Bella)日前為蘋果動新聞的「2分鐘瘦」專題介紹三招擊退「豪華臀」變成一個「蜜桃臀」。Bella表示平日喜歡做瑜伽,有一些瑜伽招式有美臀功效,她說:「只要大家有恆心,每日一組,一個月就會練出『蜜桃臀』,而呢個係一個低強度有氧運動,唔鍾意跑步嘅我每日都會抽時間做,再注意飲食,自然有一個自信嘅蜜桃臀。」
