現年33歲的衛詩雅一向勤做運動喼弗,更鑽研了三招搣走手臂「拜拜肉」的運動,詩雅日前於蘋果動新聞的「2分鐘瘦」專題訪問表示:「女仔好介意拜拜肉,因為好多時候着背心,夏天又就嚟,呢三個動作可以喺屋企進行,女士們做運動冇藉口!」三組運動中有兩組針對「拜拜肉」,一組則訓練二頭肌,當中包括TRX二頭彎舉、啞鈴三頭肌屈伸及椅上撐體臂屈伸。
