马来西亚云手文创基金会推出的《艺件事》是一项资助文化艺术的计划，以提倡大马的文化艺术并激发文艺的创作动力。拿督蔡兆源表示，马来西亚的社会大众对文化艺术界有着 “找不到吃，赚不到钱”的刻板印象，导致大马文艺气息欠佳。为此，《艺件事》计划将提供十个资助名额，协助创作者获得3000至1万令吉不等的创作经费。此外，申请者也可以通过Mystartr平台群众集资。
