【本報訊】特區政府決定以《社團條例》取締香港民族黨，建制派一致稱好之時，更趁勢力促特區政府盡快就《基本法》23條立法。山雨欲來之際，有市民於獅子山公園對上的筆架山掛上寫有「反23條」的直幡；主管港澳事務的國務院副總理韓正昨接見工聯會訪京團時，據稱席間未有談及23條立法問題。
