在吉打，国阵将派出15名候选人，其余21名候选人则来自希盟。

其中，国阵将捍卫3席，另也派出12名候选人上阵2018年由土著团结党或伊党所赢得的议席。

吉打国阵主席马哈基尔（Mahdzir Khalid）也会上阵柏鲁（Pedu），他在2004年和2008年两次赢下此议席。马哈基尔曾于2005年至2008年担任吉打州务大臣。

锡（Sik）国阵区部主席莫哈末奇兹里（Muhammad Khizri Abu Kassim）则将上阵仁那里（Jeneri），对垒吉打伊党主席兼吉打看守大臣沙努西。
