【本報訊】立法會工務小組昨續審興建石鼓洲焚化爐撥款申請，表決前公眾席有外籍女子高呼「Shame on Hong Kong」，並危坐投影機架企圖躍下，令會議一度暫停。最終三名泛民議員共87項動議被全數否決，「拉布」無效通過撥款申請。有長洲居民指被保安阻止旁聽會議，斥議員從無反映市民意見。
在小組主席盧偉國宣佈就撥款表決前一刻，一名於上層公眾席旁聽外籍女子，忽然越過玻璃圍欄，大叫「I want to jump」，並爬上放置投影機的木架，又對下層的議員及官員高呼「Shame on Hong Kong」。洋女雙腿一度懸空，保安員抓住她手臂並馬上抬離會議室。
