【二零一七至一八財政年度政府財政預算案】
【本報訊】樓市持續瘋癲，加上中資發展商高價搶地，造就賣地收入遠超政府預期，並首度突破千億元歷史紀錄。財政司司長陳茂波公佈今屆政府最後一份財政預算案，2016至2017年度賣地收入高達1,178億元，較估算大幅高出76%。由於今個財年再有貴重市區地皮推出，料賣地收入可繼續過千億元。
