【本報訊】61歲梁伯前日在北大嶼山醫院外，懷疑心臟病發暈倒，其間疑延誤20分鐘才被送抵急症室，他留醫延至昨凌晨不治，事件被指涉人為疏忽。食物及衞生局局長高永文形容事件非常不幸，他解釋急症室醫生接獲通知後，即執拾急救用品準備出發時，途經救護車快一步將事主送院，指同事已盡能力；
