19 people were remanded over the first night of violent clashes at the Seafield Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in Subang Jaya on Monday.
The 19 were remanded at the Petaling Jaya Magistrate's Court this afternoon.
At least three One City Development Bhd employees were among the 19 remanded
One City Development Bhd owns the land on which the Seafield temple sits. Attempts to relocate the temple led to clashes and rioting in the early hours of Monday.
Lawyer Haniff Khatri Abdullah, who was representing two of the employees stressed that One City has been cooperative with the police from the very beginning.
