Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s lead defence counsel explained to the press why the former premier had signed off on a RM2mil cheque to Orb Solutions Sdn Bhd in 2013, following the testimony of the digital agency’s former CEO, Noorhaina Hirawani Mohd Noor, who was the fourth prosecution witness in the 1MDB trial on Wednesday.
