Shafee open to airing Najib's trial live on TV

The defence team for former premier Najib Abdul Razak believes that it is a good idea to have his trial aired live on television.
Lead counsel Muhammad Shafee Abdullah said today that everything should be transparent.
"I think it's a good idea, let people know what the trial is about.
"For me, I have no issue (with the trial being aired live on TV).
"I think everything should be transparent. Nothing to hide," he told reporters when met outside the Kuala Lumpur High Court earlier today.
