Attorney-General Tommy Thomas, in a statement issued after the Equanimity docked at the Boustead Cruise Centre, Pulau Indah on Tuesday, said the High Court of Malaya issued a Warrant of Arrest on Monday after the AG’s Chambers invoked the Admiralty jurisdiction against the superyacht and accordingly, the Equanimity was properly seized under the laws of Malaysia.
