All The Reasons Why Taylor Swift's Dance Moves Were Seriously Missed During Award Shows

We’ve all missed seeing Taylor Swift Award Shows, so naturally, we listed all the reasons why.
Our girl is finally back on the carpet.
Taylor Swift made her first appearance at an award show in what feels like forever, just last night for the 2018 Billboard Music Awards, so we wanted to go through all the reasons we’ve missed her terribly.
First of all, the red carpet just hasn’t been the same without Tay’s red carpet looks! Taylor’s never been one to slack on her fashion when it comes to appearances. It’s something we’ve looked forward to every single award show she attended in the past and last night was no different. She did not disappoint when she rolled up in that gorgeous peach gown. Also, can we talk about that slit?! It was everything.
But moving on, we’ve all missed those adorable T-Swift acceptance speeches. They’ve always been humble and inspirational. Everytime she’d go up on stage to talk, we’d get excited because we knew, deep down that when she left that stage once again, we’d feel like we can also be Taylor Swift when we grow up. I mean…I’m 23, but that could still happen, right?
Next up, we missed seeing Taylor make new friends with some familiar faces! Like, last night at the BBMAs for instance, when she hung out with everyone’s favorite K-POP band, BTS. She even posted a pic with them backstage on her Instagram and captioned it “So great meeting you!! You’re killing it!!” with several heart emojis.
And how could we possibly make a list about missing Taylor Swift at award shows without mentioning her iconic dance moves? Especially when it’s in support of her friends, like at the BBMAs when Shawn Mendes went up to sing his hit, ‘In My Blood.’ Almost everyone was sitting, but not Taylor Swift or Camila Cabello.

And of course…the MEMES! It feels like every award show Tay attends, the camera somehow finds it’s way over to her at the perfect moment. For example, last night when Kelly Clarkson was singing during her intro and started covering “Look What You Made Me do,” we got this wonderful moment.
