PKR president Anwar Ibrahim has offered an open apology to party members and the machinery, admitting he had not given enough attention to strengthening PKR internally since becoming prime minister nearly three years ago.
While conceding that this may not have been the right decision, Anwar explained it was due to the heavy responsibility of rebuilding a nation facing economic and social challenges.
