Ashley Benson REFUSES to confirm her relationship with Cara Delevingne...
But on the other hand, she didn’t deny it either.
Rumors have been swirling that Pretty Little Lies actress Ashley Benson and Suicide Squad star and model Cara Delevingne have been dating for MONTHS. While it seemed the girls were pals for a long time, they were spotted holding hands back in May of this year -- and things have only heated up since then. Later that month the pair were spotted packing on the PDA while paying for a parking meter in Hollywood, and just last month Ashley and Cara were photographed kissing while waiting for their ride outside Heathrow Airport in London. To top it all off, the pair celebrated Cara’s 26th birthday last week with celebrity friends and a special mermaid guest.
It’s clear that Ashley and Cara aren’t shy about showing affection for one another in public, and most fans are totally convinced that these two are are an official couple. But, without confirmation from either actress, no one can say for sure. And judging by Ashley’s most recent interview with People Now, it doesn’t sound like the ladies will be updating us on their relationship status anytime soon.
When the outlet asked Ashley about her relationship with Cara, she refused to confirm or deny that the pair are dating, explaining that she prefers to keep her private life private. She said QUOTE, “I mean it’s hard, I don’t know, you kind of can’t get away from that if you’re in the public eye...I just kinda try to keep myself as private as possible...I think it’s the best way in any relationship. I’ve always been very private about them, and I think it’s just better.”
And one strategy Ashley uses to maintain her privacy is location, location, location. She added QUOTE, “That’s one good thing about living in New York — I can live kind of a normal lifestyle...in L.A., the paparazzi are really bad, but here I can kind of just walk anywhere and not be bothered.”
While we fully respect Ashley’s privacy, we can’t help but get excited every time we see her and Cara out and about together because they make such a cute and happy couple.
