Teluk Bahang assemblyman Datuk Shah Headan Ayoob Hussain raised concerns that unchecked hill clearing in Balik Pulau, Penang has caused flooding in the nearby villages. He said he was informed about the land clearing activities by residents there who said they were hit by mud flood for the first time.
