The Umno welfare bureau (BiKUM) is in talks with Wisma Putra to bring home two Malaysian women in Peru whom they described as “victims” of an international drug trafficking syndicate. The bureau is also contemplating whether to bury the body of a Malaysian woman in Peru or to transport it back to Malaysia.
