Blac Chyna Seeks Legal Action Against Rob Kardashian & T.I. & Tiny Get Thrown Into Drama

This isn’t the first time Rob has tried to expose Chyna on social media, but she’s gonna make sure it’s the last.
If you thought Chyna was gonna stay silent after letting Rob humiliate her on Instagram and Twitter, think again. The mother of two has armed herself with a lawyer since the digital attack and is possibly getting ready for a legal battle against the father of her youngest child.
Chyna’s attorney told ABC News in a statement that Chyna is QUOTE, “Considering all legal options and recourses at this time.” Obviously posting another person’s nudes without their consent is illegal in the state of California, but a prominent attorney by the name of Paul Wallin – who has handled a number of revenge-porn cases in the past – doesn’t think Chyna’s situation counts as revenge-porn.
In an interview with The Root, he said QUOTE, “It cannot be revenge porn unless the DA can prove she [Chyna] suffered emotional distress.” The California attorney went on to say that there are already a number of Chyna’s nudes on the internet and because she allegedly ‘liked’ the Instagram posts that Rob shared in his wake of destruction, it would be kind of hard for a district attorney to get a conviction against Rob.
While it may possibly be hard to get a solid case against Rob, one things for sure – everyone’s secrets are out in the open. Okay, maybe not EVERYBODY, but I’m pretty sure T.I. and his estranged wife Tiny weren’t looking to have their dirty laundry aired out in public any time soon, but it happened.
In the midst of Rob’s angry tirade, the ‘Live Your Life’ rapper called out Rob on Instagram for being so public with the drama and to basically just take the L, cut his losses, and move on. Well obviously that did not sit well with Rob because after T.I.’s comment, Rob decided that it would be fair game to drag the rapper as well.
In a now deleted Instagram post, Rob shared a screenshot of T.I.’s comment and wrote QUOTE, “Since T.I. wanna chime in on business that don’t concern him, let’s talk abou the threesome you had with Chyna and your baby mama Tiny. Don’t speak on my daughter hwne you having threesomes with young Chy and Tiny. Chyna told me everything about your threesomes. You got no moves bro. Correction – T.I. paid Chyna to have sex with Tiny and him.” OUCH.
T.I. and Tiny have yet to respond to Rob’s allegations, but the rapper and his estranged wife probably took a page out of his book, took the L, and moved on. And like T.I., Snoop Dogg didn’t have much sympathy for Rob throughout all of this baby mama drama either.
The rapper echoed T.I.’s sentiments about keeping the issue private in an Instagram video.
Seems like everyone is putting in their two cents on this Rob and Chyna battle. The only difference is, Rob didn’t come for them like he did when T.I. shared his opinion.
