Kardashians & Blac Chyna Get Into HEATED Legal Drama

It’s the Kardashians v. Blac Chyna in a messy legal battle over who’s to blame for the cancellation of Rob and Chyna
The Kardashians are not going down without a fight, even if it means they’ll have to fight in court
But that’s not their first choice. In fact, TMZ reports that The Kardashians have legally asked the judge to drop a lawsuit against them in which Blac Chyna claims her ex and her almost in-laws hashed out a plot to prevent a second season of her E! reality show, Rob and Chyna. In the suit, Chyna claims that she and Rob were more than ready to go for round 2 of the show, but the Kardashians put a stop to it, using their power over the network to persuade execs from renewing it. Initially, Chyna’s lawsuit included the entire Kardashian clan, but she later dropped all the Kardashian ladies from the papers, except for Kim. Now it’s Blac Chyna vs. Kim, Rob, and their mother, Kris Jenner.
The Kardashians, however, are maintaining their innocence, and in their request for the lawsuit to be dismissed, are also strongly denying Chyna’s claims, saying the only reason the show could not continue was because Chyna had taken out a domestic abuse restraining order against Rob, therefore making it impossible to be around him, let alone shoot a TV show with him.
Now, sources close to Chyna have told TMZ that the response from the Kardashians have seriously angered Chyna, who believes that she is now being blamed for taking action against domestic abuse. Rob continues to deny that he ever abused Chyna physically, and the Kardashians want everybody to remember that Chyna did end up dropping her restraining order against Rob, after he agreed to pay 20,000 dollars a month in child support. A Kardashian source tells TMZ that the family feels like Chyna would have never dropped the restraining order if she truly felt threatened by her ex, and that no amount of money should have changed that.
YIKES. One thing is for sure, the legal battle is far from over. We’ll have to see who says what next and how this all plays out, but until then, I want to hear from all of you.
