And that’s just what Blac Chyna has done. The former couple definitely DOES NOT want ANYONE to see their sex tape, especially because both of them have clearly moved on. Tyga has been dating Kylie Jenner for over a year now and Blac Chyna is engaged to Kylie’s brother Rob Kardashian.
But now there’s talk of a sex tape and someone is sending the footage around to news outlets and porn companies. It’s unknown when the sex tape was made and TMZ says they can’t officially vouch for the identity of the stars, but the tattoos seem to match up. A request for comment from Blac Chyna’s lawyer wasn’t immediately returned, but now he’s saying she’ll take legal action if it gets out.
In California and many other states, there are laws allowing celebs to commercially protect their image. The courts have typically protected stars from having their sex lives made public, so unless both of them decide to release the tape, there’s a good chance it will never be bought.
