Britney Spears Forgot She Met Taylor Swift

Shade or no shade, Taylor Swift probably isn’t feeling so hot about herself right about now because Queen Britney completely forgot about the two times she’s met Taylor.
Well, it’s safe to say these past few months haven’t been too great for Taylor. First, she was dragged by Kim Kardashian West’s incriminating Snapchats and now, twice in the same month, she was shaded by two of her musical peers. While everyone pretty much had an inkling that Justin Bieber wasn’t Taylor’s biggest fan, this unintentional shade from Britney Spears came way out of left field.
Earlier in the week, Brit Brit had a phone-in interview with Australia’s Kyle & Jackie O show and everything was fine and dandy until the hosts asked the singer who she would rather sit next to on a 24-hour flight, Taylor Swift or Katy Perry.
Now, being the sweet gal she is, Britney tried to answer in the most diplomatic way ever, but something tells me she accidentally took a page from Mariah Carey’s Big Book of shade because Britney said this.
Ouch, that must’ve hurt Taylor just a little because she and Britney have met, TWICE actually -- once in 2003 and another time at the 2008 VMAs. Okay, a lot has happened in the last eight years, but how could anyone forget meeting Taylor??
