Any Britney stan will agree that questioning their queen’s vocals is such a tired and tried diss. For years now, many have criticized Brit for “lip syncing” to her hits in all of her performances and honestly, Britney is tired of all that toxic chatter.
On Saturday at her Vegas show, B. Spears ended her haters by singing a LIVE cover of Bonnie Rait’s 1991 hit, ‘Something to Talk About.’ But before she gave her fans something to talk about until the end of time, Britney started venting to the crowd about her frustrations.
And after giving an explanation, Brit went right into the song and it’s safe to say both the crowd and her longtime critics are shook by her incredible performance.
All you haters definitely tried it. Anyway, this wasn’t the first time Britney addressed the criticism of her vocals.
Earlier this year, Britney talked to Israeli TV about her live performances and she explained QUOTE, “Usually because I’m dancing so much I do have a little bit of playback, but there’s a mixture of my voice and the playback. It really pisses me off because I’m busting my ass out there and singing at the same time and nobody ever really gives me any credit for it, you know?” We hear ya, Brit!
