Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng, in tabling Budget 2019 in Parliament on Friday, said even while Malaysia is also affected by the trade war between China and the United States, it has become the safe haven for investments in the manufacturing sector.
Lim also said the country wants to send a clear message to the world that Malaysia is “open for business.”
