Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng has denied that the government’s cancellation or review of certain projects has spooked foreign investors away from the equities market.
Lim said that in reply to a question from Pontian MP Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan during Minister's Question Time where Ahmad had asked the government to explain the reason why foreign investors had withdrawn some RM1.05bil net worth of equities last week, the largest foreign net outflow in 16 weeks.
