Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng addressed various benefits for civil servants when tabling the Budget 2020 on Friday. These include an increase of RM50 increase under the Cost of Living Allowance (COLA), allowed early redemption of accumulated leaves and free personal accident insurance for two years to new Government housing loan borrowers.
