Okay, so it looks like Cameron got charged with felony vandalism last night and was held in jail on a 20-thousand dollar bail… and yep, like I mentioned, it was for a video. Not as in this isn’t reality – oh no – he did get arrested in real life and it was because of what happened while shooting a video. The story goes that he was throwing a huge party at his Hollywood apartment and someone called the cops on him. When the police showed up, it’s reported that there was no noise coming from his home, so they left. Cut to a few hours later, the cops returned after receiving a call that a woman almost had a paint can hit her in the head 6 stories down from Cameron’s place. And according to reports, that’s when police saw that the Vine star had vandalized his entire apartment with paint, including the complex’s hallways. But it’s not like anyone should take arrest seriously, right?? That’s sarcasm, people. Well, Dallas tweeted out a smiley face and “let’s just say this video will be awesome.”
Cameron posted a video explaining what went down… starting off with what the police said when the star and his friends got handcuffed outside the property.
That’s at least a good takeaway to have…
START Listen, this is obviously a popular guy, we support him in his projects and he’s got a ton of fans – I bet that a lot of you guys love him, right?? But this prank went way too far. You cannot vandalize property that isn’t yours and take arrest lightly. And if that paint can had actually hit the woman in the head, she could have been seriously injured.
