Cameron Dallas & Anwar Hadid Play With Puppies & Talk Internet Fame During Teen Vogue Shoot

Internet superstar Cameron Dallas and model Anwar Hadid are Teen Vogue’s newest cover boys, and they’re gettin’ candid about their rapid online stardom and staying true to their fans.
And if you try and think of anything that could possibly be cuter than Cameron Dallas cuddling a litter of puppies, well, it’s just not feasibly possible, so you’re welcome in advance.
Watch out ladies, the boys of summer are already comin’ HOT and they’re most definitely here to stay. Cameron, who grew up in a Southern California farm town, revealed that before his Instagram and Vine success, he couldn’t even tell you what the definition of a “model” was.
Although his rise to fame seemingly occurred overnight, Cam revealed that he has his fans to thank for helping him stay grounded, saying QUOTE, “The cool thing about this whole experience is that I’m very open with my fans, and this is a chance to see someone grow and learn. If I made a mistake on a piece of content, I’m going to learn from it.”
After Cameron began claiming solo success after leaving MacCon in 2014 and then returning only a year later, he’s taken on a whole new role with bigger responsibilities from managing how talent is treated to building marketing plans. But when he’s not working behind the scenes, Cam revealed that his biggest mission is to bridge the gap between mainstream famous and internet famous.
He’s set out to prove that social media will soon become the way to get famous after reminiscing on his early beginnings saying, “I have a tweet that said, ‘I want to be a Calvin Klein model,’ and that was in 2011. And then I modeled for Calvin Klein. And then I had a tweet like, ‘I wonder what it’s like to be in front of thousands of fans,’ and I’ve been in front of thousands of fans. I’m proving to everyone that this can scale. That this works.”
Cam and many others like Gigi Hadid’s brother, now model, Anwar Hadid are definitely proving that seeing their tremendous success. Anwar also opened up about getting his start and following in his sisters’ footsteps, saying QUOTE, “Modeling was never a thought in my mind growing up, but my mom felt it was important for me to be open to business opportunities and expand my horizons. I’m excited to go for it!”
