Cardi B REVEALS Why She Stayed With Offset After He Cheated & Says She's "No Angel"

Even though we’re sure you remember, earlier this year, Cardi B’s fiancé Offset was at the center of some nasty cheating allegations when his ICloud got hacked and photos surfaced of him with another woman in a hotel bathroom. But, considering how outspoken Cardi normally is, fans were kind of surprised at the time that she didn’t take action and call off the engagement altogether.
Even more confusing for fans, though, was the fact that Cardi didn’t really address the cheating scandal beyond one simple tweet in November, which said, QUOTE, “I don’t need to be rushed or told what to do.”
As we already mentioned, Cardi hasn’t spoken much about the allegations aside from that tweet, but in the brand new April issue of Cosmopolitan, she completely turns the tables, making us wonder if maybe—just maybe—she cheated, too.
Cardi told Cosmo, QUOTE, “It’s like everybody is coming down my neck like, ‘Why are you not leaving him? You have low self-esteem.’ I don’t have low self-esteem. I know I look good. I know I’m rich. I know I’m talented. I know I could get any man I want—any basketball player, football player.”
Okay, so obviously, her self-esteem is not the issue, so what is? Well, according to Cardi, she just wants to be able to work things out with her man and not have to explain why to all of her fans and critics, and honestly… we think that’s fair! After all, her life, her decisions… right?
But Cardi did make us wonder if perhaps Offset wasn’t the only one guilty of cheating when she told the mag, QUOTE, “It’s not right, what he f—king did—but people don’t know what I did, ‘cause I ain’t no angel.” Hmm…
