Traffic was surprisingly smooth at the Penang Bridge on the first day of cashless system for toll collection. The new cashless toll collection system is expected to result in 30% to 50% smoother traffic flow in Penang, says PLUS Malaysia Bhd chief operating officer Mohammad Fuad Khusairi.
