Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng said while the Government is encouraging cashless payments in the country, additional fees shouldn't be imposed for using the service. Lim suggested that discounts should be given instead to boost the usage of cashless payments. He said this in a press conference at the Parliament on Tuesday.
