The Lollapalooza crowd went crazy when Charli XCX brought up Halsey for the best Spice Girls cover ever.

How did they know that I really really wanted this collab?
Charli XCX will be joining Halsey for her Hopeless Fountain Kingdom world tour next month, but the two just couldn’t wait until then to perform together.
And while Halsey wasn’t scheduled to perform at Lolla, she and Charli both hinted at the surprise performance on their Instagrams with the same photo of the two together just a few hours before the show.
Halsey captioned, “I'm not having a slumber party with @charli_xcx but I #wannabe.”
And Charli said, “are you ready lolla?? #zigazigahhhhh”
So right in the middle of Charli’s set at Lollapalooza on Sunday she asked an already hype crowd if they liked girl power, the beat of the iconic ‘Wannabe’ by the Spice Girls kicked in, she called Halsey out, and the crowd went wild!
But the best part was when the two went back and forth rapping Scary Spice’s verse.
After the show Halsey took to Instagram again with a photo of Charli on stage and said, “Charli had the bessssstttttt crowd and we gave them a Spice-y taste of tour. Thanks Lolla.”
It looked like they had a blast together and it definitely has us interested in what kind of fun they’ll have on their upcoming tour!
