Police have released Bersatu activist Badrul Hisham Shaharin after having his statement recorded, said Perikatan Nasional Youth chief Ahmad Fadhli Shaari.
Badrul Hisham, better known as Chegubard, was released at around 2am morning.
According to reports, Badrul Hisham's questioning was not related to PN's rally to protest the granting of a discharge not amounting to an acquittal to Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi regarding his Yayasan Akalbudi corruption case.
