The decision on former premier Najib Abdul Razak’s application for a royal pardon will be announced this week, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territory) Dr Zaliha Mustafa.
"God willing, it will be announced this week. Be patient," she said.
On Tuesday, Zaliha, who is a member of the Pardons Board, confirmed that a decision had been made and that a statement would be issued, but did not say when exactly it would be revealed.
