Unity Minister Halimah Mohamed Sadique has announced the government's standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Chinese New Year celebration.

At a press conference with Transport Minister Wee Ka Siong today, she said no open houses will be allowed.

However, a Chinese New Year reception dinner will be allowed for invited guests.
