Just when you thought the new Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello song was the best thing that ever happened to you… imagine a Shawn Mendes and Billie Eilish collab! I would absolutely lose all chill if that happened.
What’s up guys? It’s Sussan Mourad here with Clevver News and if you’re a BIG Billie Eilish and/or Shawn Mendes fan like me, you’ve probably dreamed of a collab from these two for a while now.

I know I spend many sleepless nights imagining how incredible their two voices would sound together. Almost like a lullaby, ya know?… It would definitely cure those sleepless nights!

His smooth harmonies and her raw & beautiful voice might just be enough to kill me. RIP me.

Just kidding. I’d be very much alive and listening to it on repeat every minute of every day.

OK, and now it seems like a collab isn’t out of the question for Billie and Shawn.

In the past Shawn has publicly said how much he loves Billie’s music, so I always thought a collab was possible.

But now things are getting even more real because Billie's brother Finneas O'Connell, who actually co-writes her music, praised Shawn on Instagram and Shawn responded with more praise for Billie and Finneas!
They pretty much had a full on internet bromance going on! And I’m here for it.

The back and forth started with Shawn posting this message to his IG story.

He wrote quote, "Hey Finneas, I just got completely lost and overwhelmed by your music. Thank you for reminding me to always be real and raw when writing songs. You're so great dude."
Ugh I mean, I can’t even with Shawn. Could he be any more perfect?
No. The answer is no, he could not.

Then, Finneas responded with this sweet message to Shawn saying quote, “Shawn, who I have only met in person once, embodies so many things every artist should emulate. An incredible singer and songwriter, a tireless worker, a lover of so much music, a kind and grateful person and a giver of kindness and support to those around him.”
So obviously fans could not get enough of this social media love fest and started to wonder if a collab was in the works…?

Twitter was flooded with tweets about all of possibilities.

One person wrote quote, “shawn appreciating finneas???? MUAH”
