What’s up guys, its Sussan Mourad back here on Clevver News and if you’re like me and often find yourself daydreaming and wondering what the friendship between musical icons Billie Eilish and Ariana Grande is like, well Billie has just given us a sneak peak and we are so here for it.
Billie spoke with Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet of the 2019 ASCAP Pop Music Awards, and when asked about Ariana, she had to say this…
In the ETOnline clip Billie went on to say, QUOTE: “God, man, and the sh*t that she's been through. I don't know if I have respect for anyone like I have for her, honestly."
In the interview, Billie confirms to Entertainment Tonight that she is on a texting basis with Ariana,
And that she’s been able to pick Ariana’s brain here and there on navigating the industry in a down-to-earth way. Billie gave major props to Ari in the interview when she summed up Ariana to ET Online like this:
That night, Billie and her brother were both honoured with the organisation’s Vanguard Award, given to them by none other than Julia Roberts.
When asked about Julia Roberts, Billie responded, QUOTE: "She's been like one of the most, what's the word? Like one of the most appreciative human beings I ever met in my life," as well as reminding us once again, how relatable she is when she said Quote: “She’s so pretty. Her teeth are so nice.”
Julia Roberts is also a massive fan of Billie’s, so it makes sense that she was the one presenting Billie and her brother, Finneas, with the award!
