Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah urged Malaysians to not stigmatise foreign nasional following a spike in cases in several clusters involving non-Malaysians.
He said non-citizens should not be sidelined or stigmatised by Malaysians, and we need to help them in order to reduce the spread of Covid-19 in the country.
Among the measures that were needed, Noor Hisham said, was to ensure that cramped quarters for foreign workers is resolved in line with the Workers' Minimum Standards and Housing and Amenities Act 1990.
