Does the location of your Covid-19 swab test matter? For 41-year-old Rupert Shean, it meant almost two weeks of frustration as he was unable to get in touch with the Ministry of Health to find out what he was supposed to do after his swab came back positive.
Since testing positive, Rupert made numerous calls to the ministry of health to try to figure out what his next course of action was - all of which went unanswered. With the coronavirus rapidly draining him of energy, he resorted to his own self-quarantine.
