Federal Territories Minister Khalid Samad said that he was in favour of immediately gazetting the Kuala Lumpur Draft Plan 2020 and has asked DBKL to advise him of the pros and cons as well as any reasons why it should not be done.
He said he asked them to give him their feedback within a week so that they could tell him why it should not be gazetted.
