Dove Cameron & Cameron Boyce Featured In BTS 'Descendants 3' Feature!

While Descendants 3 was the end of the trilogy, Disney isn’t quite done with the series just yet. We are getting some more from our fav Disney movie franchise over the weekend.
What’s up? It’s Erin Robinson here with Clevver News and the Descendants stars, Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Cameron Boyce, Booboo Stewart, and China Anne McClain are heading back to TV over Labor Day weekend.
We all know the movie premiered on August 2nd just a little less than a month after one of the stars Cameron Boyce tragically passed away.
After Descendants 3 premiered, Disney aired a tribute video for Cameron that had us all in tears.
But they aren’t done celebrating Cameron’s life and the success of the movie.
Since it premiered, the movie has reached around 20 million viewers in the United States.
And to celebrate, Descendants 3 is going to be taking over Disney Channel for the weekend. It’s going to air every night at 8 PM.
And I am so ok with that.
Be right back gotta cancel a few plans so I can re-watch.
Tomorrow night, Disney will also be airing a new behind-the-scenes footage from the making of the 100-person finale song, "Break This Down", which I can’t wait for.
Seriously, I always wonder how much goes into a number like that. It must be hours and hours and hours. And it’s worth it because it turned out amazing.
Dove even gushed over how much she loves the song in the trailer for the behind-the-scenes clip.
And that’s not all.
Disney also will air a sing-along version of the movie and you better believe I’m going be belting out “Good To Be Bad,” so I apologize to my neighbors in advance.
(sings a note loudly)
Anyway, on Sunday night the cast will reveal style secrets as part of a "Fashion Night,” and on Monday night Cheyenne Jackson will debut a new song, "Hades Rocks.”
So it looks like this weekend is going to be jam packed with Descendants content and if you had no plans, now you have plenty to do.
I know I’ll be watching.
And I’m sure a lot of other fans will too, given how they’ve been tweeting about the movie.
One person wrote quote, “i just feel like i need to rewatch descendants 3 even tho i watched it like 8 times already:)”
And another person said quote, “am i really skipping gym this week just to rewatch descendants 3 everyday at 4? YES I AM”
Honestly, this is just an excuse to skip the gym all weekend and I’m not mad about it.
But I want to know if you guys are excited for this full weekend of Descendants 3.
