Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has given a “10 out of 10” rating to all disaster management agencies in terms of their preparations for a second wave of floods, particularly in the east coast. Dr Ahmad Zahid said all the agencies have mobilised their assets in flood-prone areas, and have also prepared a checklist of aid that would be distributed to victims.
