Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad has joined Parti Bumiputera Perkasa Malaysia (Putra).
Speaking at a press conference in Putrajaya today, he said despite his advanced age, he still wished to fight for the rights of Malays in the country.
Earlier this month, Mahathir quit Pejuang, along with 12 other members, after the party cut ties with Gerakan Tanah Air (GTA) coalition.
Mahathir founded Pejuang in 2020 after quitting Bersatu.
