Dua Lipa STUNS During "New Rules" At 2018 Billboard Music Awards

Dua Lipa throws an all-girl pajama party for her performance at the Billboard Music Awards.
Dua just gave her sexiest performance of “New Rules” yet.
Dua Lipa, clad in sexy silky purple pajamas, kicked of her “New Rules” number on top of a giant flamingo. She belted out the song surrounded by a huge crew of female backup dancers, who also rocked silky PJs for the performance.

Dua kept her stage setup simple, with the giant flamingo taking center stage and twin staircases allowing her and her dancers to pull off some epic synchronized dancing. The flamingo is a hat tip to the flamingos featured in her “New Rules” video, which Dua previously explained represent QUOTE “a sense of unity”, because they travel in flocks.
Dua’s large all-female dance crew also served as a clear message of unity between women. The entire performance felt like one giant all-girls pajama party, which is the perfect backdrop for a song all about finding the strength to stop seeing that person who is all kinds of wrong for you. What better place to find that strength than with your closest girlfriends at a sleepover? We see what you did there Dua, and we love it.
