MCA president Wee Ka Siong has urged authorities to investigate two phone calls he received in connection with the “egg saga” involving controversial businessperson Deepak Jaikishan and egg importer J&E Advance Tech Sdn Bhd.

“Before this, on March 17, I challenged Deepak Jaikishan to lodge a police report after he denied calling me twice on March 13 at 9.51am and 9.52am, respectively."

“I had given him three days to make the police report. Since he had failed to do so, I lodged a police report as I had promised before,” said Wee.
