Elizabeth Banks Mocks Trump's RNC Entrance & Joins In A Cappella For Hillary

Ok, I think this DNC acapella cover of “Fight Song” will hold me over until Pitch Perfect 3 comes out and we can all thank Elizabeth Banks.
Actress/producer/director/Effie Trinket/Elizabeth Banks put together a slew of stars in this epic video - all for the sake of Hilary Clinton’s official Democratic nomination. And even through major shade at Donald Trump Tuesday night.
But first let’s talk about this star-studded video. In true Pitch Perfect fashion the entire video is an acapella version of the 2015 hit song, “Fight Song.” The song’s original singer, Rachel Platten fronts the video with Elizabeth Banks – and all throughout the vid you can see other Pitch Perfect cast members. But that’s just the tip of the acapella iceberg – celebs like Mandy Moore, Jane Fonda, America Ferrera, Aisha Tyler, Connie Britton, Eva Longoria, and Sia all make appearances. Check it out:
No matter what political side you’re on, that video is very mesmerizing to watch and who doesn’t like that song to make you really feel like a badass?? But now, I’m going to have the song stuck in my head all day.
But that wasn’t all the fight Banks had in her for the DNC – right before her speech she made an entrance that looked a little familiar to all of us following the campaign – which should be all of us! Check it out:
Now, this is almost identical to Donald Trump’s entrance at the Republican National Convention not too long ago… except with a bit of musical differences. Trump’s entrance was to a soundtrack that sounded like it came straight out of a WWE wrestling match rather than a presidential candidate while Banks went with Queen’s “We are the Champions.” #ThatIsHerFightSong
Then she threw some shade at the “huge” Republican nominee, Trump...
