Ellen Degeneres Calls Jenna Dewan a 'Tatum' & Apologizes On Live TV

I definitely don’t blame Ellen for this one, Jenna Dewan-Tatum just rolls off the tongue so naturally.
It’s literally been a month since Jenna and Channing sadly broke all of our hearts when they announced their separation and while we’re all just trying to pick up the pieces and move on, Ellen just had to remind us all of what used to be.
After interviewing Jennifer Lopez, Ellen brought out JLo’s fellow World of Dance judges on stage with her and when she started to introduce Jenna, Ellen accidentally introduced Jenna by her married name.
Cue the tears. Obviously Ellen immediately caught herself and fixed her mistake in the moment, however, she couldn’t help but publicly apologize to Jenna before the commercial break.

It was a simple mistake! And to no one’s surprise, Jenna had no hard feelings about the mix up and even thanked everyone for their support during this time in her life.

However, this wasn’t the only time Jenna spoke out about her divorce with Channing. After taping Ellen, Jenna hit up the red carpet for World of Dance and also opened up to Entertainment Tonight about how she’s been holding up since her split.
Jenna told ET QUOTE, “I’m good, I’m really good. I so appreciate all the love and everything.”
