Felda today announced that it has regained the prime piece of land in Jalan Semarak, Kuala Lumpur, which was previously allegedly sold via "dubious" means to Synergy Promenade Sdn Bhd (SPSB).
Felda chairperson Shahrir Samad said that the developer of the project had agreed to return back the ownership of the 16 lots of land to Felda without costs.
He added that the police reports lodged on the matter, however, will not be withdrawn.
