Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Razali Ibrahim told Parliament on Monday that it was former Felda chairman Tan Sri Isa Abdul Samad and one of the agency's general managers who granted power of attorney (PA) to a company involved in the Jalan Semarak land deal.
Razali said he could not reveal the full findings of the forensic audit report as it had been submitted to the police and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
